[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

LUMINOR Environmental Inc. is a recognized global leader in ultraviolet (UV) water disinfection, delivering innovative solutions to complex water challenges. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow their Northeast USA territory, responsible for executing sales strategies, building relationships with key accounts, and analyzing market trends to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Owning and executing the sales strategy for the Northeast USA region
- Building strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and key accounts
- Identifying, prospecting, and developing new key accounts aligned with company strategy
- Analyzing sales programs and market trends to uncover growth opportunities
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and communication
- Attending trade shows and delivering accurate, engaging product demonstrations
- Providing sales plans, forecasts, reports, and insights to support decision-making
Skills
- 5–10 years of progressive sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills with excellent business acumen
- Proven relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excited to travel 50%+
- Valid passport, driver's license, and eligibility for cross-border travel, and no criminal record
- Residence near the territory and a major airport
- Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Key account management experience (B2B wholesale, contractor, or OEM)
- Water industry experience (filtration, plumbing, pumps, etc.)
- Proven success managing and growing a sales territory
- Strong “hunter and farmer” mindset
- WQA certification
