[Remote] Business Data and Implementation Analyst

Concorde, Inc is a service-oriented, tech-enabled compliance administration organization seeking a Business Data and Implementation Analyst to support business development initiatives. This role focuses on data-driven evaluation, implementation readiness, and execution enablement for growth opportunities, partnering with various departments to assess new business opportunities and ensure alignment with operational realities.
Responsibilities
- Support evaluation of new business development opportunities, including prospective clients, service expansions, niche markets, and industry‑specific use cases
- Analyze external requirements, submission models, data exchange needs, reporting expectations, and operational dependencies associated with prospective clients or partners
- Conduct market and industry research to assess alignment between external needs and Concorde’s service capabilities, systems, and delivery model
- Perform comparative and competitive analysis from a data, workflow, and implementation feasibility perspective, identifying strengths, gaps, and risks
- Develop structured analysis summaries and implementation‑focused briefs to support internal review and leadership decision‑making
- Analyze operational, performance, and intake data to support opportunity assessment, solution design, and prioritization decisions
- Translate raw data and findings into clear insights, assumptions, constraints, and implications relevant to business and operational leaders
- Support definition of metrics, success criteria, and reporting needs for new services, clients, or workflow changes
- Partner with stakeholders to validate data interpretations and ensure alignment on conclusions and recommendations
- Translate approved business opportunities into clear business and functional requirements that support implementation planning
- Collaborate with Operations and IT to assess system readiness, data availability, integration requirements, and execution sequencing
- Identify implementation risks, dependencies, and resource considerations early in the planning process
- Support testing, validation, and readiness activities to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and data expectations
- Assist in defining post‑implementation monitoring approaches to confirm adoption, data integrity, and expected business outcomes
- Facilitate working sessions with cross‑functional stakeholders to align on requirements, data definitions, workflows, and implementation approach
- Develop and maintain clear documentation, including requirement narratives, data definitions, workflow diagrams, and implementation summaries
- Provide structured updates, analysis summaries, and implementation considerations to BizDev leadership and other decision‑makers
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline data flows, reporting, and execution practices
Skills
- Demonstrated experience performing business analysis with a strong emphasis on data interpretation, system interaction, and implementation support
- Proven ability to evaluate business opportunities through the lens of feasibility, scalability, and execution readiness
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret operational data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights
- Experience producing structured documentation that supports implementation, decision‑making, and cross‑functional alignment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, operational, and business stakeholders
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where requirements and scope evolve as analysis progresses
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow‑through across concurrent initiatives
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in business analysis, data literacy, and implementation practices
- Demonstrable experience aligned to Data and Analytics Business Analysis and/or Systems and Implementation Analysis, such as supporting data‑driven decision frameworks, translating business needs into implementation‑ready requirements, and evaluating system integrations, data flows, or reporting structures
- Must reside within the domestic United States
- Must not require employment sponsorship or work authorization
- Must be able to work on an Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule
- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and background check
