[Remote] CaseMap Account Executive - New Business

They are seeking a New Business Sales Executive to focus on generating and closing net-new opportunities for CaseMap litigation solutions, engaging with stakeholders, and driving measurable revenue impact through new business acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers across law firms, corporate legal departments, and litigation-focused organizations
- Create demand and build a robust pipeline of net-new sales opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
- Conduct consultative discovery to understand client litigation workflows and needs
- Deliver tailored demonstrations of CaseMap and related solutions
- Build compelling business cases that align solutions to client outcomes
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Meet or exceed new business revenue targets
Skills
- Experience in legal technology sales or hands-on litigation roles such as litigation manager, senior litigation paralegal, litigation case manager, litigation support manager, or trial support professional
- Understanding of complex litigation workflows and processes
- Ability to engage credibly with attorneys, litigation support teams, and legal operations stakeholders
- Experience with CaseMap, TimeMap, TextMap, Sanction, eDiscovery platforms, or similar legal SaaS solutions
- Strong prospecting and pipeline development skills
- Ability to deliver consultative, solution-oriented sales experiences
- Resilience, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
