Joining Aristocrat as a Health & Safety Specialist means taking on a dynamic role that directly supports our dedication to a safe and engaging workplace. This role plays a key part in making sure our operations in Poland follow top occupational health and safety regulations. In the role of Health & Safety Specialist, you will focus on ensuring a secure work environment and promoting the health of our staff. You will carry out important safety measures and recommend changes that preserve our established record of high standards.

What You'll Do

Ensure adherence to Polish occupational health and safety regulations (Kodeks pracy, rozporządzenia BHP) Conduct workplace risk assessments and maintain detailed documentation Coordinate and deliver required OSH training for new hires and periodic refreshers Investigate workplace incidents and near-misses; prepare detailed reports Coordinate medical examinations (badania wstępne, okresowe, kontrolne) Liaise with PIP, Sanepid, and other regulatory authorities to ensure flawless compliance Maintain OSH records and internal audit schedules meticulously Advise management on safety improvements and legal updates actively

What We're Looking For

Higher education or post-graduate certificate in BHP/OSH (per Rozporządzenie MEN 2004) Proven experience in an OSH role Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and BHP regulations Proficiency in Polish (required); English is a plus Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills Our goal is to find someone dedicated to safety excellence who can operate at a high standard to maintain a secure environment for all staff.
