Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management (Remote - reputed company Wayne IN)

About the position Subject matter expert with knowledge of job area and in-depth knowledge of project management, with the ability to reputed company reputed company aspects of the Supply Chain acquisition process from proposal stage through Program award and execution. Analysis of markets and strategic sourcing to align with business goals Responsible for managing Business Unit cost, schedule and technical performance, and ensuring reputed company and Customer objectives are achieved, including on-time delivery, exceptional quality, and affordability with the ability to monitor & assess project issues and reputed company mechanisms & resolutions to meet goals. Determines feasibility of material, components, specifications or requirements and supports product development activities, including proposal support and engineering change impacts to supply chain Strong understanding of baseline centric execution and Change Management with the ability to review status of projects, budgets, forecasts, EVMS; prepare status reports reputed company, maintain and manage strategic relationships with suppliers to reputed company Program, Customer and Corporate goals for sales, orders and profit Strong ability to manage cross-functional relationships to integrate the supply chain team into program development and execution reputed company, motivate, and reputed company a diverse team of Supply Chain Professionals at varying levels of experience reputed company, drive and execute supply chain transformation and improvement projects. Must have functional and operational experience in the Supply Chain Management and Operations domains who can understand, analyze and define business requirements. Must have the passion, business and technical acumen and experience to drive best-in-class supply chain processes and efficiencies Responsible for staffing, recruiting, training, talent development, engagement & retention of employees Negotiation expertise to include drafting and negotiating contract vehicles including Subcontracts, Letter Subcontracts, Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements and Sole reputed company Agreements Establish & manage major contractual milestones, such as preliminary and critical reviews and other contractual schedule goals throughout the program, including analysis of supplier reputed company and capabilities. Will ensure supplier ability to supply parts with on-going adjustment of material flow for adequate line fill and inventory optimization. Apply ingenuity and innovation to reputed company and implement solutions to reputed company problems and identify areas for supplier performance improvement and cost reduction Responsible for initiating corrective action measures reputed company necessary Provide timely and accurate Supply Chain status appropriate to various levels of reputed company Management and external customers Up to 25% travel (reputed company over the country to suppliers) Travel on a regular basis to reputed company Wayne IN
