Remote Automotive Diagnostics Technician

Key Responsibilities reputed company remote diagnostic assessments of vehicle issues using proprietary software and telematics data. Analyze diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) and sensor data to reputed company root causes of malfunctions. Provide clear and concise diagnostic reports and repair recommendations to on-site technicians. Interpret vehicle schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical service bulletins. Troubleshoot reputed company electrical, mechanical, and powertrain issues. Communicate effectively with field technicians, providing reputed company-by-reputed company guidance during repairs. Maintain detailed records of diagnostic procedures, findings, and resolutions in the company database. Qualifications
ASE certifications (e.g., L1, G1, A6) are highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a strong focus on diagnostics. Proficiency with various automotive diagnostic reputed company tools and software. Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems, reputed company performance, and powertrain components. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret reputed company technical data and schematics. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Familiarity with telematics and remote monitoring systems is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or equivalent experience preferred. Comfortable using computers and various software applications.
