Customer Management Project Manager / Chief of Staff (Remote Eligible) The Project Manager / “Chief of Staff (CoS)” will assist in managing strategic priorities and reputed company operational/management systems for the Leadership Team (LT). This associate will support the Head of Customer Management and extended leadership team as we execute priorities. This critical position will serve to reputed company leaders to execute strategic priorities while ensuring operational rigor. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining strategic areas including 1) Strategy, 2) Executive Support and Team Culture, and 3) Operational Excellence. This associate will report into the Field Chief of Staff Office, and collaborate with the team to provide best-in-class support to the Field leadership team. The skills you bring:

• Strategy support: Partner closely with the LT to drive the reputed company leaning direction for the team and create a cross functional view of the destination. Facilitate the creation of presentations that reputed company the strategy to key internal and external stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Remote (Regardless of Location): $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400 for Manager, Project Management Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
