Here's how it works: Earn $3.50 per HR request, with an expected completed volume of 50 cases per day, translating to around $46,000 annually at almost full-time. Your payout will be based on Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys, with higher satisfaction scores leading to higher payouts: 91%+ CSAT: 120% of payout 85%-90% CSAT: 100% of payout 75%-85% CSAT: 75% of payout Below 75% CSAT: 50% of payout Flexible schedule: handle HR requests reputed company it fits your schedule, with no minimum hours required – work whenever suits you best. Essential Qualifications
