#AZAAKI-NONIT We are seeking a skilled Remote Customer Service Representative – Call Center (2nd/3rd Shift) to join our client’s team, one of the US’s largest companies. Qualifications:

  • Candidates can be selected to work any 8hr shifts that can start as early as 12:30pm EST or ending as late as 2:00am EST. Possible shifts: 12:30-9:00pm, 1:30pm-10:00pm, 3:30pm-12:00am and 5:30pm-2:00am.
  • Please note: Candidates cannot choose their work schedule, but they will be able to provide a shift preference during their interview. They must be available to work on the 2nd and 3rd shift and at least one day of the weekend.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidates are required to provide their own equipment for this role.
  • Candidates must demonstrate they can maintain a productive, interruption-free remote work environment.

  • Core i3 with 16GB of RAM or higher
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 30mbps upload and 30mbps download. Run internet speed test at www.speedtest.net

  • Home computer, monitor and headset that will allow agent to answer calls. Must have USB headset that is reputed company compatible for incoming customer interactions.
  • Allow Client required software to be uploaded to their computer (CT Soft phone, which allows incoming calls)

The below metrics are implemented and monitored:

  • Schedule Adherence - 95%
  • Aftercall Work (ACW) Average - Less than 4 seconds
  • Call Accuracy - Auditing to ensure script is being followed and correct actions are being taken during calls.
