Remote Customer Service Specialist - Dental
We are seeking a remote, full time Customer Support Specialist to join our team! We are a fast growing, family owned business that provides an over-the-counter online dental product and solution to improve the quality of life for denture wearers who struggle with ill-fitting dentures. You will be responsible for greeting customers on incoming calls, providing product and service information, as... well as assisting and directing with application issues. Responsibilities:
- Product application guidance and step by step assistance
- Inbound and outbound customer calls to address product inquiries and help place orders
- Troubleshoot and work to resolve product or application issues, concerns, and complaints
- Document and update customer follow up records
- Work cooperatively and efficiently with the team to provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

- Previous experience in customer service
- Previous experience in dental office a plus

- Computer literacy and ability to learn several platforms

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits:
