Responsibilities • Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries • Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability and customer specifications • Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves • Follow-up with customers both during and after their move to ensure satisfaction • Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues • Prepare move-related paperwork and documents • All other duties as assigned Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • A minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience required • Excellent customer service skills; friendly, positive voice, enjoys talking with others and assisting with their needs • Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities • Exceptional organization and time management skills • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively • Basic computer and keyboarding skills • Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to our company Core Values Job Type: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $25.90 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Paid training • Vision insurance Shift: • 8 hour shift Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) • Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
