Night Customer Services - Remote REMOTE BASED ROLE, however, interviews will take place in Oldham £12.95 per hour over 37.5 hours per week Start date: MONDAY 28th OCTOBER Temporary - 3 months initial contact (with the option to extend or go permanent) We are recruiting for multiple technical customer service advisors to join an existing team. This could be the perfect job if you enjoy supporting people over the phone and working nights. The job will be remote, working from home on night shifts only. The company is a large, national organisation that employs thousands across the UK. You will be given lots of training and support to do your role in a supportive environment. The company prides itself on having a positive and engaging work culture and has won multiple awards. • We have immediately available positions with interviews taking place in Oldham on TUESDAY 22nd OCTOBER - this will take place onsite in the office • The roles are focused on taking inbound customer calls... relating to EV car chargers and providing customer support - general queries, advice, and some technical support. There will also be some admin tasks to work through between calls. • The role is working 5 days per week (37.5 hours) and does include some rota’d weekends on varied shifts between 8 pm - 8 am (service opening times). • The 3 shift patterns are: 8 pm-4 am / 10 pm - 6am / 12 midnight - 8am (the shift rotates every 3 weeks). • You will receive full training and ongoing remote support from an existing team • All training is completed remotely from home • IT equipment will be provided for you to work from home This role is to start immediately from MONDAY 28th OCTOBER for remote training for 3 months minimum temporary assignment (to go permanent) The role is remote based anywhere in the UK, but you will have to attend an in-person interview in Oldham. This role would suit someone who enjoys night shifts and can take calls throughout the night. You will need experience in customer service, solving problems, and supporting the public. You will need experience working in a customer solutions-based role. Key skills needed: • Working to targets/deadline • Attention to detail • Strong verbal communication and written communication • Good use of IT and customer databases • Customer services • Teamwork • Reliable • Self-disciplined and able to work alone / remotely. Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to undertake and pass an enhanced DBS check. The pay rate is £12.95 per hour. If you meet the criteria above, please apply.
