We are thrilled to offer an opportunity for two Summer Law Clerks to engage in a rewarding 10-week term. We seek individuals who are strong writers and adept legal researchers, with an interest in U.S. immigration law, international human rights, or federal litigation. Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough legal and country conditions research • Draft client declarations and legal memoranda • Organize and analyze evidence Required Skills • Excellent writing capabilities • Strong legal research skills • Familiarity with U.S. immigration law and international human rights • Solid analytical and organizational abilities Qualifications • Currently enrolled in a law school or a recent Juris Doctor (JD) graduate • Background or demonstrated interest in U.S. immigration law, international human rights, or federal litigation • Prior legal research or writing experience is advantageous but not essential
