Tackle customer service inquiries and challenges with empathy and efficiency. Warmly receive inbound calls, swiftly identifying customer needs and directing them to the appropriate channels. Thrive in a dynamic call center environment, adeptly managing both inbound and outbound communication. Maintain precise documentation of all call-related information within our system, ensuring clarity and consistency. Who We Are Looking For Educational Background: A High School Diploma or GED. Experience: 1-2 years in a role that honed your customer service and outbound calling skills. Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, with a knack for building rapport and understanding customer perspectives. Proficiency in navigating a fast-paced environment, with the agility to multi-task effectively. Preferred: Experience in the mortgage sector is an advantage, offering a unique insight into customer needs and expectations.
