Job Summary/Description:

Do you live in or around Winchester? Are you familiar with businesses in the northern Shenandoah Valley? If so, Gray Digital Media Harrisonburg is seeking a Remote Media Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of the Media Executive is to build relationships with local businesses and develop creative marketing solutions for them, utilizing our full suite of digital marketing products (streaming television, social media, streaming audio, and much more). This position will focus on developing and growing business in Winchester, Virginia, and the surrounding areas. We are looking for a Media Executive who is involved, trusted, and understands their community. Therefore, for this position, the ideal candidate must live within a 30-mile radius of Winchester.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prospect, contact, and present solutions to new prospective clients, generating advertising revenue to achieve and exceed individual budgets. We are focused on new business and looking for a hunter! - Manage the entire sales and service cycle from finding a client to securing a deal, servicing, and retaining the business - Maintain and grow relationships with clients - Provide professional after-sales support and service to maximize customer loyalty - Data entry in multiple sales software systems for account management - Write marketing proposals and create PowerPoint presentations - Will be required to travel to WHSV’s Harrisonburg studios an average of once per week, as directed by management

Qualifications/Requirements:

- High School degree or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Strong prospecting and presentation skills - Ability to develop strong client relationships and meet sales activity goals - Initiative, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills
