Position Overview – Senior Operations Support Manager (Remote – Social Media Support)

arenaflex is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly organized Senior Operations Support Manager to join our Remote Social Media Support team. This senior‑level role sits at the intersection of executive assistance, project governance, and cross‑functional collaboration, directly supporting the Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of the Value Brands division. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, operational catalyst, and strategic partner, ensuring that the SVP’s office runs like a well‑engineered machine while driving high‑impact initiatives that accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Partnership: Serve as the primary liaison for the SVP, providing proactive calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow‑up to maximize the executive’s effectiveness.
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑stream projects that span multiple business units, ensuring alignment with the SVP’s strategic priorities.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work across internal departments and external partners to translate high‑level strategic concepts into actionable plans that can be executed efficiently.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Support: Curate, analyze, and present critical data and insights that inform senior‑level decision‑making, fostering transparency and accountability.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (any discipline).
  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience, with at least four (4) years in a senior project or program management role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large‑scale, complex initiatives that involve multiple workstreams and cross‑functional partners.
  • Proven ability to travel up to 25 % of the time, including occasional on‑site visits to arenaflex hubs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for senior audiences.
