Key Responsibilities

As an Online Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the passenger journey. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Multi-Channel Customer Assistance: Deliver exceptional, professional, and empathetic service to customers through various online communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone. You will respond to a wide range of inquiries, from simple informational requests to complex service concerns, always maintaining a courteous and solution-oriented tone.
  • Booking, Reservations, and Itinerary Management: Guide customers through the process of booking new flights, modifying existing reservations, upgrading seats, and understanding fare structures, travel itineraries, and promotional offers. You will help travelers make informed decisions that align with their schedules and budgets.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively. This includes managing flight disruptions, delays, cancellations, baggage concerns, refund requests, and other travel complications. You will be expected to think on your feet, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues when necessary while keeping the customer informed every step of the way.
  • Travel Information and Advisory Sharing: Disseminate accurate, up-to-date travel information, including flight schedules, gate changes, baggage policies, security requirements, weather advisories, and destination-specific guidance. Your goal is to ensure that every customer feels prepared, informed, and confident about their journey.
  • Customer Feedback Collection and Documentation: Actively listen to and document customer feedback, suggestions, complaints, and compliments. You will enter this information into our customer relationship management (CRM) systems to help identify trends, inform service improvements, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our offerings.
