[Remote] Senior Implementation Project Manager

X4 Life Sciences is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company transforming how healthcare organizations manage operational and compliance workflows. They are seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise SaaS implementations, ensuring successful customer onboarding and deployment projects while acting as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Leading multiple enterprise software implementations simultaneously, from project kickoff through successful go-live
• Building and managing project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
• Partnering directly with customer stakeholders across IT, Operations, Clinical, Compliance, and Executive teams
• Coordinating closely with internal Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to ensure customer requirements are successfully delivered
• Facilitating discovery workshops, training sessions, user acceptance testing, and launch readiness activities
• Proactively identifying project risks, resolving blockers, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
• Tracking implementation success metrics and providing regular project updates to both customers and internal leadership
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers by sharing industry best practices and helping them maximize platform adoption
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of implementation processes, playbooks, and customer onboarding methodologies
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced members of the implementation team

Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years delivering SaaS implementation projects for enterprise customers
• Proven success managing multiple concurrent customer deployments in a dynamic environment
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior leadership and executive-level customers
• Strong experience using modern project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear, Notion, or similar platforms
• Technical understanding of software integrations and APIs, with the ability to translate technical requirements between customers and engineering teams
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification
• Experience within healthcare technology, digital health, telehealth, healthcare operations, workforce management, or compliance-focused software environments
• Exposure to credentialing, provider management, healthcare compliance, or regulated technology platforms
• Previous experience working within a high-growth SaaS company or startup environment
