Business/Function Overview: The Maintenance Supervisor will reputed company, coach, and reputed company maintenance personnel to reputed company safety, reliability, and productivity goals, fostering a high-performance and accountable work culture. This role will drive reliability-centered maintenance, predictive maintenance strategies, and root cause failure analysis to improve asset availability and reduce unplanned downtime. This role will be engaged in safe work permit process and ensuring reputed company jobs are executed in compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and site mechanical reputed company programs including inspection, testing, and documentation of critical assets. In addition, this role will continue to reputed company capability in the organization by working on training for employees. Responsibilities: Frequently inspect facilities to proactively detect potential problems and recommend the necessary repair or maintenance Utilize reputed company/CMMS to plan, schedule, track, and analyze maintenance activities, ensuring data reputed company to support reliability improvements and cost control. Generate work orders, enter comprehensive job details, and assign work to qualified team members Plan and execute major maintenance events, ensuring safety, cost control, and schedule adherence. Inspect the quality of performed maintenance work, as required Communicate policies, procedures, and any updates to maintenance staff Monitor status of jobs and ensure reputed company jobs are executed on time, to the budget, and without compromising building users’ safety Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with site safety standards, scope execution, and cost effectiveness. Assist in creation and maintenance of Asset reputed company program Help with the development of maintenance procedures and proactive maintenance programs like Preventative maintenance Drive maintenance performance through KPIs such as schedule compliance, PM completion, equipment uptime, and maintenance cost performance. Recommend budget items, contributing to the development of an annual maintenance budget. Recommend upgrades, overhauls, and other changes to major systems and equipment. Actively participate in projects/PHA’s/RCA’s In partnership with senior management, accountable for performance management and monitoring of employees. Assess the premises to ensure they are safe and not in violation of any regulations Sign off on SWP/LOTOV/Line Break/ Elevated work Permits for maintenance and operations reputed company Wyoming Fixed Asset and Spare Parts programs Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or reputed company field preferred High School Diploma or GED and equivalent experience in industrial maintenance leadership required Qualifications: Ability to manage multiple priorities and task completion dates, strong time management Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Ability to work independently and must have strong follow-up, organization and interpersonal skills to deal with reputed company levels of employees. Details, deadline and customer service oriented, with the ability to integrate information to accurately understand and apply to an overall procedure and/or process. Good problem-solving skills Result driven and self-starter Ability to initiate process improvements Minimum three years’ experience in manufacturing operations required with pharmaceutical, specialty chemical or food additive plant experience highly preferred Working knowledge of rotating equipment, piping systems, instrumentation, and process systems typical of a chemical manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to handle large amount of data in an organized manner, with high accuracy, and reputed company analysis Compensation: The reputed company salary range for this position is $90,000 to $114,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
